1. Promoter

1.1. Victoria Teachers Limited (t/as Bank First) ABN 44 087 651 769 of 117 Camberwell Rd Hawthorn East VIC 3123 (Bank First).

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Bank First Wellness Quiz Promotion ("Promotion") is open to eligible Australian residents who are 18 years or older.
2.2. Members who are employed by, or engaged as a contractor, at Bank First at any time during the Promotion Period are not eligible to participate. For the avoidance of doubt, Members/employees of Bank First who are involved in setting up this Promotion, and their family members are also not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period
3.1. The Promotion begins on 8 October 2024 and ends on 8 December 2024.

4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants can access the ‘Wellness Quiz’ competition via https://offers.bankfirst.com.au/whats-your-saving-style-quiz. Upon visiting this link, entrants will be prompted to complete a ‘Wellness Quiz’ form. If you do not provide the information requested on the quiz form, you cannot enter the ‘Wellness Quiz’ Competition.

5. Prizes
5.1. There is 1 Prize Pack to the value of $500. The total prize pool is $500.
5.2. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Competition entrants will have a random and equal chance of winning one (1) prize only. Any additional entries of an entrant who has already won one (1) cash prize will be void.
5.3 For winners who are Victorian residents, the Prize Pack will be awarded in the form of gift cards or vouchers, made up of 1x $250 Alba ‘With Love’ e-gift card (https://albathermalsprings.com.au/i-am/i-am-looking-for-a-gift), 1x $100 Frank Green e-gift card (https://frankgreen.com.au/products/gift-card), 1x $100 Uber Eats e-gift card (https://ubereatsaus.launchgiftcards.com), and 1x $50 Inner Studio e-gift card (https://momence.com/Inner-Studio/gift-card-checkout/37867).
5.4 For winners who are residents in any other Australian state or Territory, the Prize Pack will be awarded in the form of 1x $500 Prezzee e-gift card (https://www.prezzee.com.au).
5.5 The prize will be sent to the winner's designated email account within 28 days of the winner being drawn for the ‘Wellness Quiz’ competition.

6. Prize Draw
6.1. Winners will be selected by random draw conducted by Bank First or its authorised representatives.
6.2. The draw for the prizes will take place at Bank First’s Head Office located at 117 Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East 3123 on 11 December 2024 (“Draw Date ”) during business hours. Entrants will be allowed to witness the draw virtually at 9:00am AEST on the Draw Date. The link to view the draw will be provided to those who email Bank First (community@bankfirst.com.au), requesting the link, by 5:00pm AEST on 10 December 2024.
6.3. The winner will be notified in writing via the contact details provided via the ‘Wellness Quiz’ Competition form and the winner’s name will be published on our website (https://www.bankfirst.com.au).
6.4. If Bank First is unable to contact the winner within 28 days of the prize draw, the prize will be forfeited and Bank First may in its sole and unfettered discretion to redraw the prize randomly.
6.5. All prize award determinations by Bank First are final.
6.6. Conduct of Competition
6.6(a). Unforeseen Events. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Bank First, Bank First may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and invalidate any affected entries.
6.6(b). Amendment of Competition. Without limiting any other term, Bank First may at its sole discretion amend any aspect of this Competition or of these Terms of Entry from time to time, subject to applicable laws.
6.6(c). Bank First and its associated agencies and companies make no warranties or representations about the fitness for purpose or suitability of any Prize and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness for any purpose of any Prize, or the failure of any Prize to be of merchantable quality. If liability under terms implied by legislation cannot be excluded, the liability of Bank First and its associated agencies and companies is limited to re-supplying the relevant goods or services or paying the cost of replacing them.
6.6(d). Bank First has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.

7. Prize Conditions
7.1. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be varied or exchanged for any other products or services.
7.2. All taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

8. Publicity
8.1. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to the use of their names and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy
9.1. Bank First is committed to protecting the privacy of participants.
9.2. Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Bank First's privacy policy (available at www.bankfirst.com.au/privacy-policy or by calling 1300 654 822).
9.3. With your consent, Bank First may use your personal information to provide participants with information about its products and services.
9.4. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the use of their personal information as described herein.

10. General Terms
10.1. Bank First reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and in its discretion disqualify any entry and/or participant found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
10.2. Bank First reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank First is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any participant or any other person including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by Bank First or its employees, contractors or agents in connection with this promotion.
10.4. Bank First reserves the right not to engage in correspondence with participants or their representatives relating to this promotion.
10.5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
